# Chantier 3 — GDN prefill sur HTP
Constat: skel gated-delta-net-ops.c:98 boucle deja sur n_tokens (recurrence complete). Gate 2284 = conservateur. Leve via GGML_HEXAGON_GDN_PREFILL=1. Mesure: pp512 50.1->55.5 (+11%) kernel scalaire, gratuit. Decode inchange. Validation qualite court OK. Reste: chunkwise HVX parallele = sujet semaines (aide partielle scan bit-exact) pour viser >100. ETAPE 1 acquise.
