Le raccourci hors-ligne testait encore l'ancien .pte 4B + talker_f16 comme « cœur », périmé depuis la refonte (Speaker = q35-lmq4.gguf, .pte = alternative admin, TTS provisionné à part #286). Une tablette correctement provisionnée était vue « cœur manquant » → re-check réseau inutile. Teste désormais q35-lmq4.gguf + whisper-small-sm8750.
